MEMBER WORKSPACE · EMAIL TRACKER

Measure campaign activity beyond the send button.

Bring supported email open requests, tracked-link clicks, hosted-document activity and connected provider events into one project workspace. Start with one project, then choose a membership that matches the number of campaigns you manage. Each metric keeps its source and limitations visible.

Sign in with a verified account to manage your own projects. The workspace lists only projects owned by your account; plan-based project limits apply. The public page never exposes customer project data.

CHOOSE YOUR TRACKER CAPACITY

Start with one project. Scale to twenty.

Membership is based on how many tracking projects you need to organise—not on an estimated open count. Core open-request, click, document and privacy controls remain available across tiers; AI-tool allowances and export/support options follow the live plan catalogue.

Different sources · different meanings

One dashboard. Clear signal definitions.

Each activity is labelled by how it is generated: observed directly, estimated from observed events, supplied by an integration, or unavailable without more data.

Email requests

Observe, don’t overclaim

Separate pixel requests from estimated unique opens. Privacy proxies, blocked images, caches, and security systems can change the signal.

Observed requests · estimated uniques
Delivery events

Provider-supplied only

Delivery, bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, and supported reply events require a connected provider and verified webhook data. Missing denominators stay unavailable.

Requires integration until connected
Website engagement

A documented session rule

First-party destination events can measure page views, bounded active time, scroll milestones, and configured conversions when the site is instrumented.

Observed events · estimated engagement
Hosted documents

Measure the viewer’s controls

Record opens, viewer page turns, bounded activity, and download-button requests. Browser-native PDF actions and offline reading are not visible.

Observed viewer events · limited coverage

How to read the numbers

  1. Ask what generated the event. A pixel, a signed provider webhook, a redirect, and a page beacon are not interchangeable.
  2. Check the denominator. Delivery and click rates need a real sent count; website bounce needs eligible sessions. No denominator means no rate.
  3. Keep classification modest. Bot and proxy handling uses available signals and remains heuristic; it is not person identification.
  4. Read the limitation note. The report explains retries, duplicate events, automated traffic, missing integrations, and the method behind active time.

Privacy is a product setting

The first-party website snippet avoids cookies and device fingerprinting, strips query strings from stored page paths, and does not persist raw IP addresses or raw user-agent strings as analytics fields. A site owner can require their consent-management platform to grant consent before the snippet sends or persists a session reference. The owner still has to choose the disclosures and consent behavior appropriate to their use case.

Project retention is configurable. Owners can review a data inventory and delete project or account tracking data. These tools support data minimization; they are not legal advice and do not establish recipient consent.

Frequently asked questions

Does an email open prove a person read the message?

No. It records an image request, which can be automated, proxied, cached, or blocked. Treat open counts as a limited signal, not a person-level reading record.

Can this tracker tell me whether an email bounced?

Only when a connected provider supplies verified bounce events and a send denominator. Pixel and link data do not substitute for provider delivery data.

Is email bounce the same as website bounce?

No. Email bounce is a provider delivery outcome. Website bounce is a session metric calculated from eligible sessions under a documented engagement rule.

What does the website snippet collect?

When installed, it can send whitelisted page, visibility, bounded engagement, scroll, click, form, and configured conversion events. Query strings are stripped; the raw IP and user-agent are not stored as event fields.

Can I require consent before website analytics starts?

Yes. Add data-consent="required" to the snippet and call the consent hook from your CMP. The product provides the integration point, not a CMP or legal advice.

Are GA4, Search Console, and reply-mailbox integrations available?

GA4 and Search Console OAuth connectors and the reply-mailbox module are not included in this release. The product does not simulate their data.

Can I manage my own tracking projects?

Yes. Sign in with a verified account to open your private Tracker workspace. You can manage projects owned by your account, within your plan's project limit. The public education pages do not show customer project data, and /admin remains restricted to administrators.
